Taking Stock 4

Welcome to the month of Looove! l hope you've had a good start to 2017 y'all. I just got back from my holiday so the year has officially begun for me. Decided to kick off February with another edition of taking stock.

Making:  Life changing decisions. I feel like such an adult.  Hehehehe. I will do a post on this in a few months.

Drinking:  Water only! Need to cleanse my system of all the 'junk' i ate during my travels over the holidays.

Reading:  Still deciding which direction i want to go concerning books this year. I know its already Feb. Will update y'all in the next edition of taking stock.

Wanting: the Good Girl perfume by Carolina Herrera. (i'm becoming a perfume person. mmmmmh scared for my pocket!)

Looking:  younger in my current short hairstyle (well, so i've been told hahaha)

Playing: Mad over you by Run Town. Let me just paste the link here so you can listen for yourself.

Wasting: nothing! Travelling home for the holidays put things into perspective for me a lot.

Wishing: that things would work out as i have planned.

Enjoying: spending time with bae. Was away for over a month and had really missed him.

Liking: my ombre nail tips. I hardly get my nails done & wondering why. Need to get onto this bandwagon.

Wondering: what life will be like in 2 months. So many changes are taking place around me. (So help me God)

Hoping: to receive a life changing email. Been checking my phone for alerts frequently for the past few days.

Needing: a full spa treatment. Feeling exhausted after my holiday now that i'm back at work.

Smelling:  Midnight Rose by Lancome. (current fave)

Knowing: more and more Zim bloggers. I've met / come across so many recently and it excites me! If you're a Zim blogger and we do not talk already please contact me[IG: @nyashanicole]. (So excited for whats coming next)

Giggling: when i see a new message alert from bae. (i know i'm such a sucker for attention hahahah) Wonder what i'm getting for Valentines hahahaha

Cooking: mushroom soup. I have loved mushroom soup from when i was a kid. (i blame it on my mother)

Wearing:  sweat pants & tank tops a lot lately. I guess i'm still in holiday mood.

Following: more bloggers. Only good can come out of us coming together and supporting one another. I'd actually love to know more, please leave your IG & Snapchat names in the comments and i'll follow you :)

Noticing: that my face got lighter over the holidays. Hallelujah!! I have struggled for so long with my face, its always been darker than my body. Now it all seems even. (God truly answers prayers)

Feeling: grateful & accomplished. Officially done with my Masters course, my cert arrived a few weeks ago. (yeaaay!)

Thank you for reading. May God bring all our plans for February to fulfillment as we submit them to Him.

Love X Blessings,
Nyasha Nicole.

  11. Hi Nyasha, are you based in Zimbabwe? My best-friend is Zimbabwean. She used to work with me in Switzerland and now she lives in South Africa. I would love to visit Zim one day. But for now I will follow your blog to see what life is like in Zim!

  19. I love these type of posts! Short and straight to the point. Talking of short, your hair looks absolutely amazing. I went short about 10 years ago and I loved it but found the maintenance quite hard. Did you go anywhere nice on your holidays? x
